LEGAL BASIS The legal bases for Groar's processing of personal data are primarily that the processing is necessary for providing the Service in accordance with Groar's Terms of Service and that the processing is carried out in Groar's legitimate interests. We may also process data upon your consent, asking for it as appropriate.

II. WHAT INFORMATION DOES GROAR COLLECT? A. Information You Provide to Us:

• Your Personal Information: We receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us. For example, we collect Personal Information such as your name, email address, and browser information.
• Your Customers' Personal Information: We also receive and store any information you choose to provide us with respect to your customers ("Prospects"). This includes names, phone numbers, email addresses, and activity data such as opens, clicks, and replies. Groar has no direct relationship with the individuals whose data it processes on behalf of its Clients.
• Referral Information: If you use our referral service, we collect the referred person's name and email address solely to send the referral message.
• Integrated Services: You may integrate your third-party software like Google, HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo, Zoho etc. We access and store information from those account of yours which you control to share, the information stored is used to customise prospect emails.
• Email Integration: When you authorize email access (via IMAP, SMTP, OAuth), we may store emails sent or received as part of the Service. Our use of Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use Requirements.
• LinkedIn Login and Public Prospect Data: When you login with your LinkedIn account, we may access publicly available data of your Prospects sourced from CRM data in order to help you generate a customized outreach message. We do not send any messages on your behalf. The public data is used solely to generate a one-time message, and we do not store this data. All such data is automatically deleted after the message is generated. This process is in alignment with LinkedIn's privacy policy and platform guidelines.

B. Information Collected Automatically:

• Server Logs and Cookies: We collect information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookies.
• Tracking Code: If you install Groar's tracking code, we will collect usage data from your website related to your Prospects.
• Do Not Track: Our Services do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" requests.

C. Third Party Analytics Services:

• We use services like Google Analytics to understand user engagement. These services may collect your IP address and browser data.
• We may share your email and name (with your consent) to refine analytics or personalize your experience.

D. E-mail and Other Communications:

• We may contact you regarding your use of the Services. You can opt out by emailing support@groar.in or updating your account settings.
